NESA is a Finnish state own organization that takes care security of supply and ensures a functioning society under all circumstances. This handbook is made for local authorities and communes to help preparing food services for citizens under any circumstances.
Because this is a handbook we wanted to make it small in size and easy to use. The book has lots of charts, tables and diagrams. For the paper we used Munken Polar 120 g uncoated natural paper that is pleasant to hand and eye. The soft cover has soft touch lamination. The main colour is natural forest green. Typography is set with NESA’s nice corporate type Beau Sans. All the photographs are taken and all the design work and colour separations are done by Juha Nenonen.
